Committee Member (Chair)
Matthew Harris
Matthew is ex Australian military and has since been self-employed for over 10 years. In addition, he is currently studying postgraduate law, so that he can have an impact towards legislative reform for veteran military compensation law, and Owners Corporation law. He has experience within the business sector (and a bachelors of business), as well as experience with admin law, tribunals, alternative dispute resolution and advocacy. He is self motivated, organised, and has a high attention to detail. He also works well in group environments.

Committee Member (Vice Chair)
Professor John Hawley
John is currently the Director of the Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research at the Australian Catholic University in Melbourne. He heads a staff of 70 academics and is in charge of a multimillion-dollar annual budget. Prior to emigrating to Australia in 2000, he studied and lived in the UK, North America and South Africa. He has vast experience in both chairing and being a member of various executive committees at the management level, representing both his research institute and the university.

Committee Member (Secretary)
Kuan-Ling Ho (Katherine)
Katherine is a lawyer in both Taiwan and Australia. She successfully completed her LLM at the University of Melbourne, and Juris Doctor at Monash University. Previously, she worked as a legal specialist for 4 years in a Taiwan-based Construction Company handling projects and providing legal support to construction disputes - and is now a legal consultant for several Taiwan-based construction companies. In addition, she is fluent in English, Mandarin and Hokkien, which allows her to be able to communicate well with owners and residents.

Jiaxin Huang (Anna)
Anna has excellent executive decision making and critical thinking. She can empathise with many individuals including oversea students. A previous dilemma in Aurora was the exacerbated relationship between the past Committee and Chinese students, (which form a large part of the tenant community of Aurora). Having her on board will be useful in repairing relationships within the Aurora community. She is also a strong team player that will prioritise the OC's interests.

Faye Lim
Faye has been in the property industry for more than 20 years, as an executive director and licensed estate agent and property owner. She brings her knowledge and skills to the committee (benefiting both investors and tenant residents alike).

Amanda Ng
Amanda is an Assistant Property Manager within the Tiga Commercial team. She has 5 years of Property Management experience focusing within Melbourne CBD & inner suburbs. The relationship of the landlord and tenant is her top priority. Amanda is fluent in English, Mandarin & Hokkien.

Chee Wei Ong
Chee Wei has extensive knowledge and experiences in owners corporation matters and property industry for over 20 years. She will be able to add value to the building and community with her keen interest in strata. As an owner occupier in Aurora, it is of utmost priority to her that the building be professionally and properly managed.

Jian Xu (David)
David is a fellow member of CPA Australia and currently a CFO of an ASX-listed company. Graduate level educated in Australia, David earned his Master of Business Administration and Masters of Professional Accounting. With over 17 years of experience in several ASX-listed and private companies, he has a proven track record in financial management, corporate governance, and overseeing business operations. As Davids family lives in the building, his aim is to build up a joyful, peaceful, and safe environment for all of Aurora's residents.
