• OC 1: The overall building.
• OC 2: Retail area in the B2 basement and ground.
• OC 3: Car park.
• OC 5: Office space.
• OC 6: Low/mid rise (Level 8-60).
• OC 8: High rise (Level 63-85).

• OC 9: Mid/high rise (Level 32-85).
- Cumulus Club Level 61.
• OC 10: The total residential services
(including the foyer and Stratos Club lvl 8).

Your OC Membership Explained
• You own between levels 8-30: OC 1, 6 & 10
• You own between levels 32-60: OC1, 6, 9 & 10
• You own between levels 63-85: OC1, 8, 9 & 10
* If you own a car park you are also a member of OC3
Our Building
This 86-storey building has 1002 lots:
• The B2 basement and ground levels are the retail areas.
• The B1 Basement is the bike storage & building manager office.
• There are seven levels of car park.
• There are six floors of office space in the north and south of the building.
• There is a serviced apartment provider (Scape) from levels 10 to 33.
• Residential lots are from levels 10 to 85.
• Stratos Club - Level 8 - contains a pool/jacuzzi, sauna/steam room, gym, outdoor and BBQ areas, a meeting room, and karaoke.
• Cumulus Club - Level 61 - contains a business center, conference room, more meeting rooms, and function spaces.
• Australis - Level 86 - contains a function space, an executive dining room, kitchen, gym, yoga room, and a library lounge.
